Today is day 214 and I woke up at 7:19 am (on a day when I could be sleeping in) . . . I really think I so look forward to working out and blogging (and my nut butter toast) that my body is waking up out of excitement.Today, I tried to push myself a little harder because we (Me, my hubby - Dan, and our friends Pam and Ted) are going to Roosters for dinner together this evening. So rather then me making a bunch of bad choices (because I am always very hungry around dinner), I reviewed the menu last night and have decided on ordering: half greek salad with FF dressing and 5 roosters hot wings with celery . . . not too bad (I thought) . . . THEN, I looked up the calories in the wings = 866 calories in 5 little hot wings!!! HOLY COW (or should I say "HOLY ROOSTER"). I am still going to treat myself to what I had planned to order, but I knew I had to workout extra today!!
