
Have you ever heard the Bangles . . . . Manic Monday!! Mondays are always my busiest day at work, so I am starting this Manic Monday off right with prayer, a good work out, healthy and yummy breakfast, and a massage!Notice the chart above, that is a incline progression chart for the treadmill. I modified it this morning for my elliptical, and honestly, it was a good workout, but as you can see from my photo, I was still able to smile. I challenge all my bloggers to try it at east once. I plan to continue to use this chart because I liked the way it gave me some intense cardio, but always offered a quick break in between.
I am having nut butter and ww toast for breakfast with ice water; lean cuisine with an orange for lunch; and oatmeal with fruit for dinner . . .
