Then, I headed to the hospital and things were looking up there a bit (I'm an optimist) . . . I know God is in charge!!! Prayers are much needed and appreciated at this time.
I packed my lunch and dinner today so I was still able to eat healthy . . . BUT still no exercise. I promise that I will tomorrow. Hold me accountable to that!!
