225


Today is day 225 and I weigh 225. I am hoping that I can begin to lose a bit more. I feel discouraged that my numbers aren't going down, and I am trying so hard. But as the saying says, it will probably take 4 weeks for me to notice a change in my body . . . .

Yesterday, I used my faculty waiver at the college to get a 3 month (almost free) membership to the Marshall University fitness center. I am really looking forward to that because it is such a fabulous gym . . . everything from swimming pools to tennis, to rock climbing walls (don't worry, I am NOT going to climb the rock wall)!

I did well at work yesterday, typical stress and aggravation from administration, but over all pretty good day. I kept to my healthy eating plan. . . . thank God for Lean Cuisines and an office microwave ;-)

I am getting ready to dance with "Francois". . . I have decided to name my wii a French name . . . can you guess why?? Just Dance 3, here we come!!

I found Cinnabon Cream of Wheat at the store yesterday, so that is my breakfast plan . . .
Another Lean Cuisine for lunch with an apple . . .
Dinner is still up in the air . . . probably cookie dough that I made last night . . .
