Day 177: Day 1 - Week 2 - C25K = SUCCESS!!
I am pleased to announce that I survived day 1 of week 2 C25K = 90 sec run / 2 min walk for 20 minutes. Dad, aka: coach, was a huge help. I trailed behind him, but I didn't stop!!
Came in and used my juicer to make 8 oz of fresh organic apple juice and had the BEST breakfastever: cold oats. I will post the recipe below:
For cold oats, I combine in a bowl: 40 grams (about 1/2 cup) old-fashioned oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, and a teaspoon of maple syrup. (If you are soaking the oats overnight, you can leave out the chia seeds). This recipe comes from Katie of Runs for Cookies.

Day 178: Juicy Story
I am not sure what is up with me, but the past three days, I have had hunger issues. I feel so hungry and can't seem to get satisfied, so I am over eating a bit. Yesterday I was over by 37 calories, today I am over by 25. . . I don't know what is up. I hope how soon this passes!
Today's menu:
B - raw peach and mango smoothie with organic coconut milk
L- lean cuisine and tangerines
S-popcorn and apple
D-ww bun w/ provolone, veggies, salmon
God Bless!!

Day 179

I have 179 days to lose 31 more pounds by August 20th. I am starting to believe this is a possibility! As for being able to run a 5K . . . not so sure ;-) I CAN DO IT!!!! When my run/jog/walk is over, I do feel a thrill of doing what I NEVER thought I could do!!
Today is Sunday, and I am headed to the hospital to visit my family member, who was very angry with me yesterday for "putting her in here!" I understand this is normal, but it still hurts a bit and really makes me wanna grab a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts on the way home.
By the way, the hardest part of my new life is not eating a daily dozen (of donuts). My whole wheat toast with nutella is a good compromise . . .
I do allow myself one cheat day per week, usually on Saturday so if we decide to eat out, I have freedom. I will, one day, have a donut on my cheat day . . . I will blog all about it!
Yesterday was my cheat day, and I exceeded my calories by about 500 . . . we didn't eat out, but I made salmon cakes, sugar snap peas, and mashed potatoes and I had two plates rather than one. However, I believe that in order to keep your metabolism revved, your body needs a wave of calories once a week. So, I ate and enjoyed . . . but I also cleaned house for 2 hours afterwards which burned most of the excess calories . . . and when I weighed in this morning, my weight was still 211.6!!
Today's Menu:
B: Oatmeal with raw strawberries and banana
L: Left over salmon cakes with raw veggies
D: egg beaters and veggies with a raw mango
I will leave you guys with a funny quote I saw yesterday regarding raw diets:
"My idea of a raw diet is eating untoasted poptarts"!
God Bless!

Day 180 = down one more lb.
My new loves: My new Brooks running shoes & Dulche De Leche Cheerios.

Today ends my week 1 (that I squeezed into two weeks) of my C25K training. Tuesday, dad and I will start week 2 which is 90 seconds run 2 minutes walk. Wish me luck and PRAY!!!

I'm officially down another pound 211.6!!!!
I have officially become a coffee drinker as of this week: Gevalia Decaf with creamer.
Yesterday, I became a Melaleuca rep. I have used their (made in America/ organic / wellness) products for 3 - 4 years, and really like them. I will blog more about this tomorrow. In the mean time, visit our website at www.melaleuca.com
I got fitted for my new running shoes yesterday. I tried on several pairs, but the Brooks felt the best and they were on sale, so I got them. They felt to light and great on my feet this morning during my run!! You can see my shoes above (except mine are not purple, they are aqua). I highly recommend Robert's Running Store in Huntington. Great place!!
I have a new love: Dulche De Leche Cheerios = Heaven in a bowl (that was breakfast) with organic milk and a raw banana (and coffee).
Lunch = raw apple and peanut butter
Dinner = veggies and protein (probably chicken)
God Bless!!

Day 181: Never Give Up
It's been a rough couple of days, but I will maintain and never give up.
This morning, I have two doctors appointments and will also get fitted with my running shoes. Yay!
I did my elliptical for 20 minutes and in out the door for 1 hour of physical therapy, hopefully some strength training there.
I'm having a raw banana and a granola bar for breakfast. Fruit for lunch and Spaghetti for dinner!
God Bless!

Day 182

Got my juicer!! 28.00 at Walmart!
Today was another difficult day . . . went this morning for a run with dad. This is day 5 of the C25K training, and it isn't getting any easier for me. . .
I wonder why I started running sometimes???
I ate healthy today. Had a subway sandwich for breakfast / lunch. In February, it's any sub for 5.00. I got the western egg white sub with raw veggies on honey oat bread.
I ate an apple for a snack and pinto beans for dinner.
I bought a juicer yesterday, so I will start juicing to supplement my diet (not been led to fast).
God Bless You!!

Day 184

Dad and I just got in from day 4 of our Couch to 5K training . . . boy, he really pushes me. I thought I'd surely die! This training is NOT easy for me, but it's worth it!!
I wanted to share with you from the Bible Study that I have been doing . . . last night, I read about the kindred spirit that Mary and Elisabeth shared. When the angel spoke to Mary, telling her that she was going to have baby Jesus, Mary went and told Elisabeth, who was elderly, yet 6 months pregnant with John, these two women shared such a bond. I will share the scriptures below:
Luke 1: 40 - 45
At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judea,40 where she entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth. 41 When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. 42 In a loud voice she exclaimed: “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the child you will bear! 43 But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? 44 As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy. 45 Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”
Those verses really touch my heart, especially when Elizabeth said, "why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?" Elizabeth was pregnant too, both women were expecting, but the difference was, Mary wasn't just caring a baby, she was carrying her Lord. Wow!
It brings me to think of some of the Godly women that have been placed in my life. I am so blessed to have that kindred spirit with these women.
I am getting ready to go to work. . . here's my menu for today:
B - cheerios, organic milk, raw banana
L - organic blue corn chips, raw salsa, raw avacado
S- egg beaters, lean ham, ww toast, and a raw mango
God Bless you all today!!

Day 185: Monday 1 more lb lost
Normally, I am not this excited about Mondays, but, today, I weighed in at 212.8. Another pound of fat gone from my body!!! Yay!!! Just 13 more pounds and I will be under 200!! Hallelujah chorus!!
Today, I have been making phone calls all morning, trying to find in-home care for my family member who is coming home in March!
Please pray for us on this . . .
I am getting ready to hit the elliptical, then I will eat my cheerios and raw banana for breakfast.
Lunch will be organic nachos with cheese and raw veggies.
Dinner will be yummy cheese sticks with turkey pepperoni and raw fruit . . . .I got this recipe from Pinterest and I have eaten them twice for dinner, this will be the third night and I LOVE them!
Ingredients:
12 Wonton or Egg-Roll Wraps, at room temperature
12 Light or Fat-free Mozzarella String Cheese
Marinara Sauce (Low-Sodium) for Dipping
Small bowl with water, optional
Baked Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Take one of your room-temperature wraps (less likely to break and ooze cheese all over if room-temp and slightly wet) and lay on flat surface in front of you, like a diamond. Put cheese stick in middle, corner to corner (or slightly below).
3. Take the bottom corner and fold it up over the cheese stick and stick to other side of wrap tightly. You can add a few drops of the water here to make the wrap stick better.
4. Carefully (here is the part where the wrap can break), fold over the right and left corners of the wrap onto the cheese stick to completely cover the cheese.
5. Roll up the wrap.
6. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.

Day 186: Sunday = 1 more pound lost

Today is Sunday and I am down one more pound. I am down to 213.8. . . snoopy dance!!
I watched a great documentary on Netflix last night: Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. It speaks of the importance of raw food, and how healing it is to the body . . . especially when it is in juice form. I have noticed that as 51% of my diet is raw food, that it is difficult to eat THAT MUCH raw veggies / fruits. If you juice them, you are still getting the micro-nutrients from them, but not having to eat plates of veggies.
Thus, my mission to find a :

JUICER
If anyone knows of a good one at a lower cost, hook me up. I am thinking of checking out Elder Beerman. They usually have great sales.
The man who created this documentary is Joe Cross, and he is one of my health heros . . . he went on a 60 day juice fast to heal his body of a dreadful illness, and it was successful. He now helps individuals who want to fast or just simply reboot their bodies. I am planning a reboot in the near future and will pray about a fast. I only want to do a fast if the Lord directs me to do that for His purposes in my life. I am a new member to the reboot site and I am planning to begin my first reboot on March 18th, 2012! Who wants to join me??
To learn about rebooting visit: http://www.jointhereboot.com
I continue to add new challenges to myself . . .running a 5K (maybe by May), 51 % raw foods, buying Made in USA products, and now reboot with juicing and a possible juice fast.
I like a challenge!!
Some of the challenges that I set for myself in December 2011 that are currently being met are:
- I'm 54 days BINGE FREE!! Thank you, Jesus!!
- Lost have lost 17 lbs.
- I am exercising 6 days / week
Some of the challenges on my list, have gone unaccounted for, but I am setting up a plan to fix that:
- Pay off credit card debt - plan to use my income tax return $$$ to pay off my one credit card
- More time in God's Word - just got a new Bible Study and I am in day 2 and I enjoy it. It is about the life of Jesus: see the photo of my book at the top of the blog.
God's Blessings to you all today!!!!

Day 187
Jogged and walked with dad today, ate 51% veggies and fruits, spent the rest of the day at three different hospitals= exhausted. Blog more tomorrow. Good night. Zzzzzzz

Day 188: Down two more pounds!!
I am so happy to report that I am down 2 more pounds today. I am down to 214.8!!! I consider that 2 lbs ;-)
I went to the doctor this morning for acupuncture, then to the hospital to visit family there.
Had a homemade raw blueberry spinach smoothie for breakfast. (nasty)
Made low cal Fajitas for lunch with a raw banana and raw guacamole.
Toast and popcorn are planned for dinner - I need some carbs!!
Dad and I went for a walk, and I trained him today for day 1 of the C25K. He did very well.
We plan to do it again tomorrow too.
I heard a quote regarding food, I'd like to leave you with today:
"The longer the shelf life, the shorter your life"
Eat Raw and God bless!!
Thursday, February 16, 2012
Day 189: A Picture is Worth 1,000 words
Cheerios with a raw banana and organic skim milk for breakfast and roasted (not raw) brussell sprouts for lunch (along with some mushrooms which I didn't shoot).
This morning, I did my Jillian Michaels workout on the wii, and she busted my tail for 30 minutes. Today is a busy day, so I am off to it. God Bless!
Wednesday, February 15, 2012
Day 190

I finished my second day of my C25K training today. It seemed easier this time, or maybe I was just moving slower . . .I only have one day left of "week one", but I think I will allow "week one" to last several weeks if need be, I am in no hurry.
I have been sticking to my 51% raw foods, and my Lose It App that I use on my Iphone awarded me with the "Just Peachy" award last night for eatingso many fruits and veggies ;-)
Today has been a busy and hectic day for me . . . my menu is:
B: raw almonds and Naked Juice
L: Lean Cuisine, Raw Caluiflower and Guacamole, Raw Pineapple, and 1/3 of a chocolate bar
D: Raw Spinach Salad
I am planning to hit the gym on Friday and do my final C25K "run" of the week on Saturday with my dad.
God Bless you all!!

Day 191 = Happy Valentine's Day

Today, being Valentine's Day, my husband is making me his famous pancakes, but this time they are PINK . . . my very favorite color. I love them so much and would prefer them over a box of chocolates any day . . . They are full of calories, so I will really have to fill up on raw foods the rest of the day.Yesterday, was a success for me. I was able to reach two goals!
1. I ran my first day of the Couch to 5K training = 60 seconds run / 90 sec brisk walk for 20 minutes. It was very hard for me, but I endured and I will do it again tomorrow. You are to train three times a week for 2 months, then supposedly, you can run a 5K . . . we'll see!
2. Over 51% of what I ate yesterday was raw!!
Today's Menu:
1. Raw fruit and pancakes
2. Raw cauliflower
3. Chinese buffet
By the way, the Odwalla Super Foods drink that I posted yesterday is AWESOME!!!
Happy Valentine's Day!! Remember, God loves you!!!

Day 192 = Search For Super Foods

It has been thought that God created the body to heal itself and that if we ate those things God created for us to eat "Raw Foods" that we would be mostly free of diseases such as cancers/ diabetes/ heart disease. The leading killer in America of both men and women is heart disease followed by the second, cancer. I have studied some about this, I am not an expert, but I believe in it. I believe that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and that I, through my nutritional habits, bring on a lot of disease to my temple that wouldn't have to be there if I were to eat more of what my Creator intended me to eat. I am going to start a couple of challenges this week . . . I want to start eating more "Super Foods" . . . you can see my list above. I also want to have at least 51 % of my daily nutrition to be organic and raw. I will start by adding more raw fruits and vegetables to my diet. It has been shown that if you cook your veggies, that you lose a lot of the essential nutrients in them, and the body treats cooked food like a a foreign organism causing the immune system to overreact and eventually weakening your immunity. Along with this, I plan to continue my vitamin regimen. I currently take: Fish Oil, Garlic, Multi-Vitamin, B-12, Vitamin C. I will add Vitamin B-3 today. VItamin B-3 helps the body cure depression. Our body needs vitamins and minerals to fight off these diseases. Did you know that cancer is cured in some countries by using IV Vitamin C in large doses rather than chemotherapy? Using Vitamin therapy as opposed to medicines is (from what I hear) illegal by MDs in the USA. Some doctors who practice nutritional forms of medicine have had to leave the country to continue practicing medicine (again this is what I have heard). In addition to my 51 % raw and organic challenge, I plan to start reading labels and supporting "Made in America" products. My Uncle sent me an e-mail this morning that really made me think. A lot of our products are from China, Canada, and Mexico. I will start to really watch and try to only purchase USA products. Will you join me?
Today, I am starting my day with cold water, then to work out (outside) and then to come in for an omelet with spinach and tomatoes, ww toast, and raw fruit for breakfast.
For lunch, I plan to have raw veggies, guacamole, and a lean ham and cheese sandwich.
For Dinner, I plan to have fish and a raw salad with some raw almonds.
For my snacks, I plan to have: Raw Fruit (orange), and an Odwalla Superfood Smoothie.
I wan to give my temple all the nutrients it needs to battle diseases of this world, as I believe my Creator intended.
I believe the scripture:

Day 193
Today is Sunday, most people say it's the beginning of the week, I say "It's the Lord's Day"! I am headed out to the hospital once again this morning . . . but before I go, I must blog!!First, let me confess once again, that I overate at Logan's Roadhouse for our Valentine's Dinner with friends. I ordered the 14.99 surf and turf meal that included a 6 oz sirloin and a few crab legs with a sweet potato (not loaded), and a side salad with fat free vinaigrette. No rolls, but I did take one large bite of my husband's dessert: cheesecake = ecstasy on a plate!! I went over my daily calories by 250 calories :-(, but that is real life, folks!! My scales are once again weighing me in almost 1 lb heavier, but usually that goes away by the next morning. I am back on track today.
Starting my day with some oatmeal and fresh fruit (again) and then for lunch, I plan to have a PB&J sandwich on ww bread with an orange, then for dinner and Asian Salad.
As you all know, I do not work out on Sundays - I will hit it hard on Monday though!!
May you enjoy today and God Bless!!
Saturday, February 11, 2012
Day 194
Today is day 194 and I have been on this new journey officially 45 days today!!! And I can say, that by the power of Jesus, I have been binge free for 45 days as well. Today it is so snowy and beautiful outside, I really wanted to go out and train for my 5K using the Couch to 5K program, but I was afraid of slipping and falling on black ice. My back couldn't take a fall. Speaking of my back, I went to Physical Therapy for the first time yesterday and I was given three exercises that I am supposed to do every two hours. Holy Moly!! One is push ups = 10 push ups every two hours!! Every time I thought about dropping and doing 10, I was in inconvenient places. The first time I thought about yesterday was in the hospital bathroom. Not exactly where I want to drop on the ground and do 10 push ups. They are actually half push ups because I only lift up upper torso off the ground . . . this is to help my bulging disk go back into place. I also have very tight ham strings so I am to do ham string / calf stretches too. Today, I am weighing back in at 216.2 and I exercised for 60 minutes this morning : 10 minutes yoga, 15 minutes dancing with Fran (he missed me- lol), and 20 minutes elliptical - intense 12 - 14 mph at an incline most of the time.
Today's menu:
Dinner: Logans Roadhouse with friends (Lord help me).
Hope you all are having a blessed day! I'm off to get my massage, then to the hospital for visitation before going to dinner with friends!!
Enjoy the snow!!!!
Friday, February 10, 2012
Day 195
Good morning bloggers . . . We have officially survived to Friday! I have to confess that last night with my girlfriend at Red Lobster, I overate (I stayed within my calorie range), but I ate way more than I needed to eat. I am feeling stuffed even this morning and the scales are weighing me in a bit heavier (almost 1 lb) than yesterday. However, I woke up this morning and did 30 minutes at an incline on my elliptical while listening to "My God's Not Dead, He's Surely Alive" by Newsboys. I love that new song. I heard it on K-Love radio. I am a supporter of that radio station, often times, I can feel so down and God uses that station to play just the right song :-) You can visit their website at www.klove.com/
I am headed to the Rehab Hospital to spend the day with my family member, but first, I go to Physical Therapy for my back. I am hoping they will work with me on strength training! I will blog how it goes later. I also plan to try to get me some fitted running shoes. I've been told that New Balance are great shoes, and I have also been told that Robert's Running Store is THE place to go in Huntington. . . we will see???
I am really going to try to boost my exercise routine to include jogging / running. There is a program called Couch to 5K and I printed it off last night and would like to start training for a 5K run in the Summer or Fall. There is a 5K in September that is in Washington, DC and I want to register for it once it comes available. Can I do this??? I am so fat!! Can I run???? I think I can, I think I can!! And remember:
It Doesn't Matter How Slow You Go,
As Long As You Don't Stop!!

Day 196
Today has been a hurry up and wait kind of day....I've had my husband at the hospital for tests all day. I feel like we are just standing around waiting....That normally would be fine, but it's difficult today because my family member in the hospital needs me today so I'm torn.
However, yesterday, I went for more acupuncture and I noticed a difference in my amount of back pain yesterday. I really like this new doc...
Today, before leaving for the hospital, I really pushed myself pretty hard. I walked about 45 minutes, ran about 5 minutes and did my elliptical for 15 minutes. My dad walked and ran with me for about 20 minutes which made me work harder as he runs much faster than I do!
My menu for today is:
Breakfast: omelet with spinach and tomatoes.
Lunch: apple and peanut butter with a Quaker oat bar
Dinner: Red Lobster
Hope you guys are on track.
God Bless!!

Day 197
Crazy day . . . it's 10:00 pm and I am just now getting the chance to blog . . .headed for the tub . . . ate healthy, exercised 30 minutes on the elliptical with an incline, and maintained at 216.2. Better blogging tomorrow . . . will catch you all up ;-)

Day 198 = 1 more lb lost!!
I was so afraid to start losing weight (again), because I was afraid I couldn't do it . . . I didn't want to fail, to start binging mid-diet, to lose it all and gain it right back again . . . but there is a scripture that has brought me peace and confidence . . . "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13. I am letting go of the fear, and enjoying the excitement of the loss. Speaking of loss . . . (drum roll please), I am down to 216.2= one more pound of fat gone!!! I am so happy and excited that I am going to hit the gym right after a hospital visit this morning. I hope everyone has a fearless day!!
God Bless!
Monday, February 6, 2012
Day 199: Don't worry Be Happy, Mon!
Today was a better day . . . I am holding my weight at 217.3 . . . that feels good. I ate healthy today: Breakfast - carrots and peas (odd, I know), Lunch-blue corn chips, home made salsa and an avocado, Dinner - Healthy Choice fish meal, Snack = Red Wine and a Biscotti (only 190 calories all together). I did 30 minutes on my elliptical today and got a massage before work. Worked hard all day, hospital visits in between, and grocery shopping + gasoline stop + hospital stop on the way home. Getting read to soak in my tub. Good night all and God bless!
Sunday, February 5, 2012
13 lb loss = treat for me
No, it's not an edible treat . . . BUT I love to take a hot bath at night to relax. I have a very nice large spa like tub and I thank God for it every day!! I love my tub!! I went to three cool websites and ordered some bath bombs, fizzers, and melts, plus a bath pillow and bath tray from Amazon. Ok, I admit, I did splurge a bit, but I figure with all that has been going on, I needed some relaxation ;-) The above is a bath bomb from fizzbutter.com and it is called Magic Carpet Ride. Since I am a huge Disney Aladdin fan, I thought I'd try it . . . Check out these websites:
www.onebathandbody.com
www.fizzbutter.com
www.lushusa.com
I am a lavender lover, so I ordered mostly lavender scented things, but all three sites are fabulous!!
Happy Bathing!
Day 200: Super Bowl Sunday

I am down another tenth of a pound this morning: 217.3. Praise the Lord!! I just had a good nights rest, and I am headed to the hospital. For breakfast, I had toast with nut butter. Lunch will be a salad, and dinner will be left over beef and veggies. I plan to get in a 20 - 30 minute walk today. Who do you think will win the super bowl? Giants or Patriots?? Also, the National Anthem is supposed to be signed in ASL by Miss NAD (National Association of the Deaf) . . . we must check it out!!!
God Bless you . . . only 200 more days for me to reach my goal weight ;-)
Saturday, February 4, 2012
Day 201
Well, good news!! I am down a few more pounds to 217.4 . . . when I started I was a little over 230, so I am a happy girl! I went to the new doctor yesterday and it was very interesting. He is blaming my weight and diabetes on an ovarian disease that I have had since I was 16. He claims that acupuncture will help my ovarian disease improve. So, I had some acupuncture yesterday . . . needles in my feet, legs, hands, arms, and scalp. It twinged a little, but I wouldn't really call it painful. I had to lay there 2 hours with the needles in my flesh - a bit weird at first, but he claims that after 3 months, I should see some results . . . I got up this morning and jogged on my elliptical for 20 minutes with an incline at a steady pace. I had a smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, and fish, roast beef, and veggies for dinner. It is 10:15 pm and I am starving, but I will wait for breakfast before I eat again . . . still living at the hospital during the days . . . coming home at night to get some sleep. Prayers are still needed and much appreciated. God Bless!!
Friday, February 3, 2012
Day 202
I have stopped making excuses today . . . .although I am living out of a hospital, I MUST make good and healthy choices to both eat right and exercise.I overslept this morning, which was good for my body . . . I had been so exhausted!
I am getting ready to get on my elliptical for a few before heading out the door to the hospital today. I will be seeing a new dr this afternoon, and I am excited. He is a holistic doctor. I will blog how the appt goes later.
Hope you all have a blessed day!!
Thursday, February 2, 2012
Day 203
Well, once again, I'm sitting here in a hospital room and wondering when life will get back to normal....or will it ever? I normally would be binging on all the sweets I could get my hands on. At the hospital, there are yummy treats on every corner. Doughnuts ( my favorite ), candy bins, ice-cream, lattes, etc. By God's grace and your support, I've gone (for the most part) without temptation. I have not binged in over a month....PTL! I am maintaining my healthy habits.... however, I'm not getting enough sleep which always causes me to be hungrier than usual. I've been super hungry the past two days....
I exercised today!!! Another 20 minute incline on my elliptical....
Started my day with a yummy birthday cake batter shake. Here's the recipe:
8oz light soy milk
2 scoops vanilla whey powder
1 tbsp sugarfree instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 tsp butter flavoring
6-7 ice cubes
Blend all together then top with 1 tbsp of sprinkles.
Delicious and only 235 calories.
I will have veggies and tea for lunch, then my friend, Diana and I are getting dinner out somewhere.
Thank you for your prayers.
God Bless!

God Bless!

Day 204
I am happy to say that I started back exercising today! I did 20 minutes of intermittent incline on my elliptical at 10 mph....
If I had had time, I would have done 30, but I'm just so glad to be started back. I'm headed to the hospital again today then I work this afternoon.
God has been providing for us in many ways. I praise Him for carrying us through the storms!
I'm eating healthy today:
Breakfast- kashi bar and banana
Lunch- lean cuisine, salad, apple
Dinner-veggies
In His Grip,
Leigh-Ann
