Day 221




221 more days until August 20th . . . .will I be at me weight goal? I sure hope so!! Some days, I doubt it, but I try not to let the doubt overtake me! I have a 4 day weekend (Friday - Monday) and I have noticed that it is so much more difficult for me when I am out of my daily routine.
When I am home, I want to munch around more than when I am busy at work and don't have time to think about food. So my challenge for today is "Don't live to eat, eat to live" . . . only eat when you are really hungry. A lot of times, I think I am really hungry and when I drink water, or chew gum, I am satisfied. By the way, if you haven't tried it, Extra makes some yummy dessert flavored gum, my two favorites are Apple Pie, and Key Lime Pie!! I also love Big Red Cinnamon gum (it has sugar and Extra does not) . . . I am officially a gum addict!

I just downloaded a new workout song by Fatboy Slim: Right Here, Right Now. Pretty cool beat, so the song is calling me as I head to my elliptical machine for my 30 minute jog.

I will have whole grain toast with peanut butter and marmalade for breakfast, a home made pizza for lunch, and stir fried veggies for dinner . . .

That's the plan, man!!
