Day 217: Happy Wednesday

Hope everyone is having a happy wednesday! I am sure going to try to have a happy day. I am currently battling feelings of selfishness as I work out etc because it requires a few minutes that is all about me, and I am used to taking care of everyone else. I try to tell myself the old saying, "If you don't take care of yourself, you will never be able take care of anyone else."

I have been in so much pain at night, that it is almost unbearable. My lower back and left side spasm when I lay down at night, and I am not sure what the cause is . . . I see my new doctor on Friday the 27th on January, and I plan to tell him about it. Plus, I am sick with a bad cold!! Prayers appreciated at this time. . .

Good news: I am 1.4 lbs lighter than I was the last time I weighed!! That's a total of 7.9 pounds in 21 days . . . . HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY :-D

I plan to take it easy this morning and workout at the Marshall Gym this afternoon. I feel that I get my best workout at the gym, seems like I push myself more there.

Today's menu includes: whole wheat toast with nut butter and skim milk for breakfast, egg beaters with turkey bacon for lunch, and veggies for dinner . . . .
