Day 191 = Happy Valentine's Day


Today, being Valentine's Day, my husband is making me his famous pancakes, but this time they are PINK . . . my very favorite color. I love them so much and would prefer them over a box of chocolates any day . . . They are full of calories, so I will really have to fill up on raw foods the rest of the day.

Yesterday, was a success for me. I was able to reach two goals!

1. I ran my first day of the Couch to 5K training = 60 seconds run / 90 sec brisk walk for 20 minutes. It was very hard for me, but I endured and I will do it again tomorrow. You are to train three times a week for 2 months, then supposedly, you can run a 5K . . . we'll see!

2. Over 51% of what I ate yesterday was raw!!

Today's Menu:

1. Raw fruit and pancakes

2. Raw cauliflower

3. Chinese buffet

By the way, the Odwalla Super Foods drink that I posted yesterday is AWESOME!!!
