Cheerios with a raw banana and organic skim milk for breakfast and roasted (not raw) brussell sprouts for lunch (along with some mushrooms which I didn't shoot).


Hope everyone has a HEALTHY Thursday . . . Below is a picture of me yesterday after I completed day 2 of my C25K training . . . felt good!!

This morning, I did my Jillian Michaels workout on the wii, and she busted my tail for 30 minutes. Today is a busy day, so I am off to it. God Bless!
