Day 178: Juicy Story

Yesterday, I pulled out the juicer for the first time. All the above + 2 carrots = 2 1/2 cups of juice (that tasted very bad) . . . actually, it wasn't awful, it mostly tasted like celery and lemon. Sour celery juice! I drank most of it and shared a cup with dad, promising him, he'd live longer and leaner for drinking it ;-)

I am not sure what is up with me, but the past three days, I have had hunger issues. I feel so hungry and can't seem to get satisfied, so I am over eating a bit. Yesterday I was over by 37 calories, today I am over by 25. . . I don't know what is up. I hope how soon this passes!

Today's menu:

B - raw peach and mango smoothie with organic coconut milk
L- lean cuisine and tangerines
S-popcorn and apple
D-ww bun w/ provolone, veggies, salmon

  1. the more you exercise, the hungrier you'll get!! try to eat lots of lean protein, it will help. your body is burning calories and trying to build muscle. increase the amount of protein you eat and it should help your hunger issues.
