
Yesterday when I weighed in I was at 208.5! I am thrilled for a 3.1 pound weight loss. Dad and I did the C25K week 2 day 3 training today, we plan to do it again on Saturday! We are really enjoying this together. It is a stress relief for both of us!
Today's menu :
B- cheerios, organic milk, raw banana
L-home made pizza bread on ww bun and raw orange
D-raw veggie / fruit juice from my juicer
