Today, Dad and I started week 3 of the c25k training. . . i really did NOT think I could do the 3 minute jog/run portion. When the clock said 2:59 and I was still jogging, I cried . . . tears in my eyes because I did it!! We made it through the full training 90 second jog 90 second walk 3 minute jog 3 minute walk (two reps of this). It wasn't as difficult as I thought, but I went very slow. Here's to burning an additional 3,500 calories this week :-) God Bless!Here are my stats:
