A Prayer from A Friend

Lord God,

You alone are my strength and my source. My ability to stay committed to weight loss and healthy eating comes from You. Help me to maintain the will power I need to eliminate sugar and empty calories from my diet. Give me the focus I need to implement all that I am learning. Almighty God, replace any discouragement with hope and any doubt with faith. I know that You are with me and will not leave me. I thank You, Lord for seeing me through this battle and giving me victory over obesity, diabetes, and high BP.............Amen!
